Ki Ki B. Jones
Ki Ki B. Jones is a native of Pittsburgh, building a career in radio for more than 25 years. Ki Ki started her career in radio (1997) at the legendary 106 Jamx WAMO radio station until 2008, which was only the start of her career. Ki Ki hosts her own community engagement show,“What’s Good In Your Hood,” and her entertainment podcast, “The Hey Girl Hey Podcast.”

Dr. Rahmon Hart, Sr.
Dr. Rahmon Hart Sr. is a Pittsburgh native, originally from the Manchester neighborhood, and a 1990 graduate of Perry Traditional Academy. He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Master of Arts in College Administration from Slippery Rock University. Following a distinguished tenure in leadership roles at Slippery Rock University, Illinois State University, Case Western Reserve University, and Carnegie Mellon University, he transitioned to Duquesne University, where he earned his Doctorate in Educational Leadership.
Since 2014, Dr. Hart has served as the Director of Community Relations at Rivers Casino. In this capacity, he is responsible for cultivating strategic partnerships with community leaders, local business owners, corporate executives, and government officials. Furthermore, he spearheads the implementation and oversight of all diversity initiatives for the organization.
A dedicated member of the Iota Phi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. since 1992, Dr. Hart has spent decades coordinating vital community service initiatives, including youth mentoring, toy and food drives, and major charitable fundraisers. He currently serves as Board Chairman of the Iota Phi Foundation, which operates the organization’s signature program, the Dr. Sylvester Pace HBCU Tour. Dr. Hart’s commitment to civic leadership extends to his board service with the National Aviary, the Northside Chamber of Commerce, the August Wilson African American Cultural Center, and the Manchester Citizens Corporation.
Dr. Hart is married to his college sweetheart, Nneka, and they are the proud parents of four children: Brooke, Rahmon Jr., Nia, and Charles.

Jason Jones
Jason Jones brings more than two decades of experience in banking, management, investment, and community development finance. He serves as Vice President and Director of Community Development at Dollar Bank, where he leads Community Development and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) strategy across the bank’s entire footprint.
In this role, Jason advances initiatives that expand access to capital for historically disadvantaged businesses and communities, with a particular focus on underserved and underbanked populations. His work bridges financial institutions and community organizations to drive equitable economic growth and neighborhood revitalization.
In addition to his banking career, Jason is a successful entrepreneur and has served as a professor at the Community College of Allegheny County, where he has helped develop the next generation of business and civic leaders.
Jason is deeply engaged in the Pittsburgh community and currently serves on several nonprofit boards and advisory groups, including Homewood Children’s Village, Invest PGH Micro Loan Committee (Chair), The Forbes Funds (Treasurer), Healthy Start, Jack Heinz Endowments Advisory Board (Vice President), and The Mentorship Partnership of Pittsburgh. He is also an alumnus of The Advanced Leadership Institute (TALI) Executive Leadership Academy, Class of 2024. Jason’s leadership and community impact have been widely recognized. His honors include Pittsburgh’s 40 Under 40 (PUMP), 50 Finest (Cystic Fibrosis Foundation), Fab 40 (New Pittsburgh Courier), and Pittsburgh Business Times’ 20 Bankers You Should Know. He has also received the Financial Leadership Award from Health and Wellness Weekend, Men of Excellence (New Pittsburgh Courier), Industry Partner Award from Pittsburgh Public Schools Career and Technical Education, Fund My Future Community Champion (Neighborhood Allies), Wilkinsburg CDC Community Partner Award, and Urban Academy Community Partner of the Year (2024).

Juan Garrett
Juan Garrett is the Executive Director of North Side Industrial Development Company d/b/a Riverside Center for Innovation, an economic development corporation located in the City of Pittsburgh’s North Side. In his role as Executive Director, he is responsible for the management and administration of all programs and financial health for the corporation and its affiliates.
In this capacity, he manages the financial stability for the North Side Industrial’s real estate portfolio. Included in the portfolio is its flagship, 60,000 sq. ft. incubator created for minority and women-owned start-up business of over 50 start-up clients. Juan has co-developed with several of their key resource partners, some of the RCI's leading programs i.e. Diversity Business Resource Center, BizFIT and REEF Entrepreneurial Training Programs. RCI’s program has a very strong focus in the construction industry which has led to some of the top MWDBE housing real estate developers and trade signatory firms.
He and his team worked closely with various regional community development organizations and municipalities to jump start economic development utilizing the U.S. Environmental Protection Agencies Brownfield Assessment program. NSIDC has garnered and deployed over $8 million in the EPA’s Brownfield assessment grant program. These funds had led to over of $ 1 Billion in private and public partnership development throughout Allegheny County. In August 2023, NSIDC was selected at the EPA’s Region 3 People Choice Award winner at the National Conference in Detroit, MI.
He has received certifications from the National Development Corporation for economic development, the Pennsylvania Economic Development Institute, and the National Foundation of Training Entrepreneurship.
Prior to his position with RCI, he worked as the accountant for the Homewood-Brushton Revitalization and Development Corporation, the community development corporation for the Homewood area, City of Pittsburgh. In 1987, he joined the staff of Housing Opportunities, Inc., a HUD-certified comprehensive housing counseling agency as a part-time accounting clerk. During his three-year tenure with HOI, he worked his way to the Senior Accountant position.
He currently serves on the following Board of Directors: Chair, The Governmental Committee; Past Chair, Regional Development for Funding Corp; member of the New Economy Board of Directors under the Allegheny Conference; former Asst. Treasurer, Innovation Works; former Director, PA Ben Franklin Technology Authority Board; former member of the Advisory Commission on Community-Based Organizations; former Vice-Chair, Western PA Small Business Network; former Chair, PCTV, former Treasurer, YouthPlaces, Inc.; Tube City Renaissance; and Past Chair, North Side/North Shore Chamber of Commerce.
